For cut guys, these Stealth Retainer Kits utilize a modular gripping system to pull skin up around the glans to protect those erogenous zones.
Count the dots around the top of the gripper to determine size
Keep your skin at or below the gripper line to avoid pinching
Stiff Grippers - for high grip during active tugging sessions
Soft Grippers - for max comfort during all-day wear
Clean your P-tainer and gripper using soap without moisturizers (Dawn Powerwash works well). Wash inner and outer surfaces, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Make sure your fingers are dry too.
Inspect the gripper and ensure the raised bumps and line are facing out. Position it over the small end of The P-tainer, tilt slightly, and use your thumb to roll it over the knob until fully installed. Flip the gripper up to prepare for putting it on.
Ensure you are soft and your shaft skin is clean—excess skin oil can cause the gripper to slip. Pull back any foreskin to fully expose your glans.
The P-tainer should cover about 50% of your glans. It's better to be slightly too small than too big. If unsure, learn how to measure.
Position The P-tainer with the V-shaped notch facing toward the ground. Carefully align the V shape with your frenulum and gently place it against your glans.
Roll your shaft skin up the body of The P-tainer as far as you can. You may need to gently grab your skin and pull it up to get it all the way to the neck of the retainer. If you can't reach the neck, your P-tainer may be too long.
While holding your skin with one hand, use your other hand to carefully flip the gripper over the rolled-up skin.
Tip: Group your thumb, pointer, middle, and index finger together, placing them evenly around the gripper while it's flipped up. Hold your skin in place with your other hand, then press the edge of the gripper down evenly until it flips over the skin.
Adjusting your skin under the gripper is critical to comfort and optimal grip:
Count the dots around the top of the gripper to determine size. Start with the same number as your P-tainer size.
If you haven't already determined your P-tainer size, take our quick sizing quiz or learn how to measure yourself.
Simply screw the Retainer Bulge into the threaded end of The P-tainer. Hand-tighten only—don't overtighten.
Your P-tainer is compatible with all Stealth Retainer accessories. When you're ready to progress:

I love my new retainer. The fact that it's extended means that I can still get some tension in while retaining. Genius device, it really speeds up the restoration process!

If I could engineer a restoration device this would be it! The 3D printing is a game changer for this small industry, and the addition of the custom gripper is next level for us who struggled with baby bottle modification. I would love have this product in labor and delivery units nationwide to show parents just how absurdly ridiculous it is to remove an organ that has a critical function in mans life and the lengths that they go through to repair what was unnecessarily removed.
Thank goodness for stealth retainers and the lives they change!

I love my new extended P-Tainer. It's brilliant that you can actually get a stretch while retaining. I finally got to the point of 50% flaccid coverage so I chose the 15mm+ and it is quite perfect. I can wear it all day comfortably and I forget it's even there! I am already going to place another order for the next two sizes. I really love it and I kinda feel naked without the retainer. The material is smooth and comfortable, and the gripper has even gotten so much better than the ones I got years ago. Thank you for this, it's a game changer!

Long time restorer here. I've been restoring for the last decade, on and off, nothing really serious. I started out with the TLC Tugger, then the TLC-X, then the CAT-II, then had a Fore Restore DA for two years with modest results, but it broke, so I randomly came across this site looking for a replacement.
The biggest problem with all the Tuggers and Retainers I've used/worn, I could not wear them for more than 2h without it pinching, or being in extreme pain, or just randomly falling off because I'm completely circumcised. The 25mm+, with a comfort fit seal, I have worn this the last 2 days for at least 10h each day, no discomfort at all, no need to re-adjust, and after putting some medical tape around the tip of the seal, it doesn't slip off eventually when I urinate.
The added bonus here of the extended P-Tainers is that I'm literally tugging and wearing a retainer with no discomfort. I've even tried to sleep with it on, it's that comfortabl, e (you're not supposed to) but I haven't gotten past the painful erection phase when I sleep. I'm certain that I will be able to wear this device 24h/day eventually. This is a godsend ty.

These extended retainers work well to keep the foreskin stretched when wearing. This helps stretch the inner foreskin to more coverage over the glans. I only gave a 4 star rating because one of the two extended retainers I purchased had a rough edge. I used some very fine sandpaper to smooth the roughness out and it feels fine now. These retainers are not smooth like glossy plastic, they are made slightly rougher which helps keep the foreskin and gripper in place when worn. They are comfortable and I wear mine for hours at a time. I recommend this product if you are serious about foreskin restoration.
